Because we believe every client is unique, we don’t carry a catalog, or an inventory list of what ELENA DAMY™ can offer. Each design needs an original touch – crafted from drawings, client requests, conversations and personal taste. After discovering the final list of needs and wants, we then work closely with every client adapting their vision to their budget, location and time available.
As design descriptions, sample collages and/or sketches are approved, Elena Damy works with the bride or event coordinator to hold dates, verify budgets, and assign lists of tasks – putting in place the orchestra of product and people needed to create each amazing result.
ELENA DAMY™ is committed to being timely, responsive, and available throughout the entire process, ensuring that each and every client’s idea, suggestion or concern is taken into consideration.
1. Understanding your needs
Whether we learn about your wants, needs and dreams through a face-to-face meeting, a conference call or an e-mail, this is a fundamental step of our process. Asking the right questions first, and then listening carefully to your answers, let us visualize the ideal floral décor for your wedding.
2. The proposal
Within 2 weeks, we put the pieces together. You’ll receive a detailed description of every element in our proposal, with the amount of items you need, and their price based on the type and amount of flowers required and the complexity of the design. Since the first proposal is just a starting point, your feedback is very important. We will work with you to apply any changes and suggestions until we create a proposal that suits you perfectly.
3. The details
All flower suppliers are contacted; while other elements (vases, linens, candles, etc.) are ordered, rented and/or checked.
Several days prior to your event, the flowers are received, checked and prepared for production.
5. The final arrangements
Sometimes taking two or three days (depending on scale, installation and flower types), each final setting is hand crafted and then inspected by Elena Damy.
6. Delivery and installation
Every detail is created, installed, reviewed and reviewed again by Elena Damy before being presented to you and your guests.
