Request

White themed wedding with tall centerpieces in a ballroom, strong candle lighting, flowing drapery, classy and elegant, flexible and refined. Accommodate 75 guests (tables of eight) at mirrored square tables to reflect and accent the centerpieces – lush orchids as main flowers with a strong wow factor. Predominantly pink theme for the ceremony and pre-reception cocktail.

Floral Solution

For the ceremony: Petals of 400 pink Roses leading the way to the chapel, with four large displays of stemmed Calla Lily sitting atop chocolate-colored wooden urns leading to the front door.

For the reception: Five unique designs for the guest table settings and one for the bridal group setting. Most centerpieces boasted branches of Dendrobium orchids held atop tall cylindrical clear vases, while Phalenopsis and Cymbidium orchids created a triad-styled centerpieces for the interior tables to improve overall visibility for all guests. In addition to the three different types of orchids, Elena also chose the following in white: Mini Calla Lilies, Roses, Hyacinths, Tulips, Freesia, Paphiopedilum (Lady’s Slipper orchids), and in olive: Tulips and Viburnums – all accented by a lush carpet of white Rose petals under each setting.

For the exterior pre-reception cocktail: The traditional pond in the center of the courtyard was laden with pink Rose petals, blossoms and floating candles guarded within tall crystal cylinders.

The lighting solution: Each table setting was illuminated by candlelight. There was a combination of floating candles placed in cylindrical crystal vases and smaller square and round votive-type candles.

The final result: A lush, crystal-accented and elegantly designed environment providing a sense of intimacy and elegance at every setting.
