Elena

CO-FOUNDER • CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Here’s something not everyone knows about Elena: she has a law degree. She earned it, studied hard for it — and then followed her heart somewhere else entirely.

She traveled through flower markets in Paris, design studios in Milan, floral workshops in London and New York — wherever beauty was being made with intention, that’s where Elena wanted to be.

And for a decade before Elena Damy planned its first wedding, hers was the floral studio that America’s most celebrated planners — Mindy Weiss, Marcy Blum, Todd Fiscus — brought to their own clients’ celebrations, and the one trusted with events as demanding as the G20 Leaders’ Summit in Los Cabos.

Today she leads the creative vision of Elena Damy — the design, the florals, the styling, that feeling you can’t quite name but immediately recognize when everything is exactly right. Her real gift isn’t just taste. It’s listening. She has a way of hearing what a couple wants — even the things they don’t know how to say yet — and turning it into something they’ll spend the rest of their lives describing to people.

Carlos will be the first to tell you: the most beautiful wedding in the world means nothing if the flowers arrive late, the timeline falls apart, or the couple spends their wedding day stressed about things they were never supposed to know about.

That's his job —

& he takes it personally.

With a background in business and luxury hospitality, and more than two decades producing destination weddings in Los Cabos and around the world, Carlos is the reason everything feels effortless.

He handles the budgets, the timelines, the vendor relationships, the thousand moving pieces that have to work perfectly so that you never have to think about a single one of them.

He'll always tell you the truth.

He'll always have a solution.

And he’ll always make sure that by the time your wedding day arrives, the only thing left on your to-do list is showing up and enjoying every second of it.
